OT billed at 1.5× hourly past 10 hrs. Half-day floor applies when (hours × hourly) is less than the half-day flat. Rates can shift up for high-end gigs, ELITE crew, specialty rigs (pyro, automation, mapping), or travel beyond the five boroughs. Holiday and overnight surcharges set client-side.
