Your rate is locked at booking
When you accept a gig, your current payout rate is captured. Leveling up later still rewards every future gig.
ELITE crew keep 85%.
ELITE is the earned commission tier, never sold, never subscribed. Sustain 4.7★+ rating, 20+ completed gigs, 95%+ on-time rate, 30+ days on platform, and 0 active disputes and the platform auto-promotes you to 85/15. Your commission locks at booking acceptance. Every future gig pays at the rate you held when you accepted. Drop below 4.3★ over 10 gigs (or rack 2+ no-shows in 60 days, or lose a dispute) and you get a 7-day grace period before tier review.
Crew Pro($9.99/month or $99/year) is a separate optional perks subscription that adds early gig visibility and priority support on top of earned ELITE. Crew Pro requires ELITE and pauses if you're demoted. Crew Pro never confers ELITE.
