Can I use BookACrew without Premium?
Yes. Posting public gigs, accepting applicants, GPS check-in, and Stripe pre-auth billing are all free for clients. Premium adds the direct-request, directory, and analytics tools on top.
Does Premium change crew commission?
No. Crew commission stays at 20% (STANDARD) or 15% (earned ELITE) regardless of whether you have Premium. Premium is the client-side tooling subscription.
What happens to my pending direct requests if I cancel?
Active requests already sent stay active until crew responds or they expire (default 12 hours). You keep all Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I expense this through my company?
Yes. Stripe sends a receipt to your billing email after every charge. You can also update the billing email or payment method anytime from your account dashboard.
Is there a team plan?
Each account is one subscription. For multi-seat orgs (production cos with several clients, agencies routing through one admin), email support@bookacrew.app and we'll set you up.
What about the ELITE badge: is that Premium?
No. ELITE is a crew-sideEARNED commission tier that crew earn free by sustaining 4.7★+ rating, 20+ gigs, 95%+ on-time rate, 30+ days on platform, and 0 active disputes. Premium is the separate client-side subscription you're reading about here. (Crew Pro, at $9.99/mo, is a different optional perks add-on for crew who've already earned ELITE.)
